A £20.00 deposit is required at the time of booking. A payment link will be provided once date and time is approved. Booking will only be finalized and confirmed once the deposit payment is made. This helps us manage our schedule efficiently. Customers have two options regarding their deposit:
• Deduct from Total Cost: The deposit can be deducted from the total cost of the grooming session on the day of your appointment.
• Rolling Deposit: Alternatively, you can choose to keep your deposit on file as a rolling deposit. This means you won’t need to pay a new deposit each time you book - ideal for regular clients who want a hassle-free experience. Let us know your preferred option at the time of booking.
