Description of Service
FULL GROOM (£60): - Two shampoos, - Blueberry facial, - Warm blow dry and brush out - Face and body styling, - Hygiene trim - Nail clipping* - Ear cleaning - Pads trim - Cologne BATH & TIDY (£50): - Two shampoos, - Blueberry facial, - Warm blow dry and brush out - Face styling, - Hygiene trim - Nail clipping* - Ear cleaning - Pads trim - Cologne BATH & DRY (£40): - Two shampoos - Blueberry facial - Warm blow dry and brush out - Cologne Small & Medium breeds such as MALTESE, COCKAPOO, CAVAPOO, CAVACHON, COCKER SPANIEL, MINIATURE SCHNAUZER, SHIH TZU, WEST HIGHLAND TERRIER, MINIATURE LABRADOODLE, MINIATURE POODLE, etc This price only applies for well-maintained, regularly brushed and matt-free dogs!! *Nail clipping is included as part of the grooming service at no extra charge. However, if a dog is particularly anxious or finds the process too stressful, I may not be able to complete the nail trim safely. In such cases, I will recommend seeing a vet who can assist further. As this is a complimentary part of the groom, the overall price will remain the same. Thank you for your understanding.
Cancellation Policy
Because we only receive payment for dogs we groom, short notice cancellations and no-shows leave empty space in the day that could have otherwise been filled. To avoid this, we ask that any cancellations are made at least 2 working days in advance (I.e. 48 hours’ notice Monday - Friday. Public holidays do not count as working days.) Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a 100% cancellation fee (deposit), and future appointments will need to be paid for upfront in full to secure an appointment. We do understand that things happen - we are not unreasonable people - so please call if you think you will miss your appointment or are going to be late to collect.
