Fleas, ticks or other parasites

Please don’t bring your four-legged friend to the groomer if they are infected by fleas, ticks or other parasites, as it can potentially infect other dogs, causing issues for us and other responsible pet owners who take precautions to protect their beloved pets.

We cannot risk an infestation inside our salon or to other dogs on-site. If you suspect your dog has fleas, ticks, lice or any other infectious disease, or if your dog is currently being treated for an infectious disease, please, notifying us and do reschedule your dog’s grooming appointment at such time your pet has been cleared by a vet.

We will require written proof from your Vet that your dog is free from infection.  If fleas are found on your dog at any point during the groom, you will be contacted immediately to collect your pet. A flea infestation may cause temporary suspension of  our dog grooming services therefore it is very important to keep an eye on this annoying bloodsuckers!!
