1. Exchange for Incorrect Size

• Customers have 14 days from the date of purchase to exchange an item if the size chosen was incorrect.

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

2. Faulty Goods

• If a product is found to be faulty, it can be returned within 14 days for repair, replacement, or a refund, depending on the nature of the defect.

• The item must be returned in its original condition.

3. Proof of Purchase

• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
